At present, many people turning to care themselves more than in the past .I think this is a good idea. For men they prefer to play many sports such as football, basketball and tennis. Some start to use the fitness center service .They wants other people look at them in a good looking and the most important thing is to attract a girl. The benefit to play sports are trying to avoid from many not good thing for your health such as drug , cigarettes and alcohol .In addition the women, they have many tricks to be healthy in every detail of their body, especially about food, skin and her shape. They will select it delicately. Finally, I think this trend is very wonderful thing. It is making many people to have a good mental and be healthy.

A Diseases from cigarette

Everyone knows that cigarettes are not good for your health. However, the research show that many people are still smoking and died from it.Many diseases are occurs in the smokers especially cancer. A mouth cancer is the one of the most cancer that occurs by smoking .It makes your mouth look bad and makes a bad odor. Your tooth and your tongue will lose the taste skill .On the other hand lung cancer is the most cancer the occur in the smoker. It makes you easy to exhausted also easy to have a dizzy head and bad respiration and the last one is heart attack. I think is better to avoid from them and keep doing regular exercise.

Kimono is the traditional clothes of Japanese people. In the past, only beautiful girls or women in dignity families have a change to wear the kimono. It is the warm clothes to cover body .They are very beautiful .Many paints on kimonos tell a lot of stories. Some of them have beautiful pictures depend on the tailor created. This clothes are created by only some professional tailors that have a knowledge about Japanese ancient. Do you know the Geisha .They are the women who give the entertainment to many people in Japanese or other countries in the past. The women who is the Geisha are have a dignity .They will be respected and acknowledged from many people .Right now, the kimonos is use only a special occasion in Japan.

Fifa try to ban this instrument because it interrupts the football players while they playing football however Fifa cannot because Vuvuzela is a South Africa traditional equipment.
